In operation since 1995 (1-st line), 1996 (2-nd line).
Capacity – 2 x 4 MM t/yr.
After modification in 1999 the capacity is 2 x 6 MM t/yr.

Catalyst – IVKAZ.
Mercaptan sulfur content (methyl- and ethyl mercaptans):

— before treatment – 0.026-0.03 % mass (260-300 ppm),

— after treatment < 0.0005 % mass (5 ppm).

The design was developed by Bechtel Co., England.
The plant was built by Brown and Root Co.
